long story short, my shiny wester digital harddrive went to the happy IT hunting grounds. I lost all my data in the crash. But no matter, thanks to Peer(Gauss) and a few friends I have some of my notes.
An NCO said to another soldier as I was leaving sunny Korea "If you give up, you're finished."
I'm not finished, and I'm not giving up.
You, my fellow deviants, inspire me.
DIY art, it's infectious.
I'm in the process of moving back to the states and getting settled.
But the story, refuses to (not) be told.
It was a wild ride, RP, and such.
But as soon as I can get myself unpacked, I'll start back again.
Sorry bout the mess, hand to take the WD Mybook out back and "teach it some manners."

I'm trying to get into writing. I've got nothing but time since I'm now stationed in South Korea (and yes, I wanna try the Soju...).
I'm working on two projects, a sci-fi universe and a comic book/manga style universe. The first one comes from my love of Science Fiction. Daddy got me into space craft and airplanes when I was a wee lass.
The second comes from my memories of superhero cartoons, anime and science fiction.
Now, I'm a political creature. I follow the blogs and the political news on the internets. So there will be a little politics and historical shout outs. Don't expect Ayn Rand in space. Politically I'm all over the map. Not "red" or "blue" I'm kinda mauve...ish...purple... girl.
One thing I don't like is designated heroes and villains. Conservatives and Liberals are not evil, religious people are not bigots and the military is not populated with sadists.
Not according to what passed for culture these days.
Hell I was reading a nice piece of lesbian fiction (hey, a girl has *needs*) when the author stops the story and has a character say "I hate Newt Gingrich, someone please shoot him!".
Well !@#$^%*. I don't like him either but I came for the porn (heh) not the politics. Tom Clancy has oodles of money and is a published writer. But his latest books are little better than the yuri fiction I was reading for free.
Both left me feeling cheated.
Expect a deconstruction of "hero" and "villain". Or what most authors try to pass off as the hero. Dark is not evil, Light is not Good. (yes I'm a troper).
Constructive criticism is welcome. "Your story sucks" type comments will be ignored.
